Sa Re Ga Ma Pa of Carnatic Sangeetham

Have you always wanted to learn music but never had the right moment to do so ?

Music is everybody's stress buster, using music one can heal their mind and body. Carnatic Sangeetham has swaras which naturally soothens our mind and keeps us happy in this modern age.

The key to learning basic Carnatic music is to learn and use the best curriculum put to use by experienced Teacher. Music is a language. It has parts that make up the whole, and those parts are made of even smaller parts. This sentence is made of words, and these words are made of letters. To learn how to make the sentence as a whole, you have to learn the letters of the alphabet, and learn how to put them into words. In this case of Carnatic Sangeetham, you have to learn Swaras, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Da Ne Sa. Sundari Sathappan is an experienced teacher who has been teaching music for the last 10 years in Singapore.

She has been working for Radio Channel and has done hundreds of stage shows in India as well as Singapore. She has received numerous awards for her contribution to the music by Singapore Ministers. She teaches students from the age of 5.  With years of experience in teaching and in music she has put together an extensive program to easily learn Carnatic Music.

Music CDs, and notes will be provided in the class. You will learn Swaram, Geetham, Varanam, Slogans, Bhajans , Keerthanai and also Film Music.  Music is taught in English, Tamil, Hindi and  Telugu.
